Terms & Conditions

These terms govern enrollment in and use of all Dobit Trading Academy courses, materials and services — Online and Physical (Multan Campus).

1. 1

   Educational Purpose

   Dobit Trading Academy provides trading education and training only. All courses, materials, sessions and content are for educational and informational purposes and are intended to build knowledge, practice and discipline in financial markets.

   Course Enrollment

   Enrollment is confirmed only after the applicant submits the required details and completes the applicable course fee payment. Seats in each batch are limited and allocated on a first-confirmed basis. Providing accurate contact information at the time of enrollment is the student's responsibility.

3. 3

   Course Fees

   Course fees range from PKR 4,000 to PKR 6,000 depending on the selected program: Basic Trading Course (PKR 4,000), Advanced Trading Course (PKR 5,000) and Advanced Pro Trading Course (PKR 6,000). Fees cover course instruction only and do not include trading capital, broker charges or third-party software costs.

   Refund & Cancellation Policy

   Course fees are non-refundable once the batch has started. Cancellation requests made before the batch start date may be considered at the sole discretion of Dobit Trading Academy. No refund is issued for missed classes, voluntary withdrawal or termination due to misconduct.

   Class Schedule & Rescheduling

   Class timings for both Online and Physical (Multan Campus) batches are announced before the batch begins. Dobit Trading Academy may reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify enrolled students in advance. Rescheduled sessions are not grounds for a refund.

   Course Content & Intellectual Property

   All course materials, recordings, notes, presentations and strategies remain the intellectual property of Dobit Trading Academy. Students may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish or share any content publicly or privately without prior written permission.

   Student Account & Credential Security

   Where access credentials, group invitations or portal logins are provided, they are for the enrolled student's personal use only. Sharing credentials with any third party is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

   Trading Risk Disclaimer

   Trading Forex and financial markets carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Dobit Trading Academy makes no guarantee of profits, income or trading outcomes of any kind.

   No Financial or Investment Advice

   Nothing taught, published or communicated by Dobit Trading Academy constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. All trading decisions are made solely by the student at their own risk.

    Student Conduct & Termination

    Students are expected to maintain respectful conduct in all classes, groups and campus premises. Harassment, abusive behaviour, disruption of sessions, or unauthorized promotion and solicitation may result in removal from the course without refund.

    Course Completion Certificates

    Certificates of completion may be issued to students who attend the required sessions and complete the course requirements. A certificate acknowledges participation and completion of training only and is not a professional license or a guarantee of trading competence or employment.

    Third-Party Platforms & Brokers

    Any brokers, charting platforms, prop firms or third-party tools referenced during training are independent of Dobit Trading Academy. We do not control and are not responsible for their services, fees, execution, withdrawals or policies. Students must perform their own due diligence.

    Limitation of Responsibility

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dobit Trading Academy and its instructors are not liable for any trading losses, financial damages, indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of course knowledge, materials or communications.

    Changes to Courses & Terms

    Dobit Trading Academy may update course structure, curriculum, pricing, schedules and these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version published on this page applies to all students, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of updates.

    Acceptance of Terms

    By enrolling in any Dobit Trading Academy course or submitting an admission application, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
